1. Data Accessed
- Google account: email address and profile name.
- YouTube channel: channel name and ID, basic channel metadata.
- YouTube Analytics: video/channel stats (e.g., views, engagement, revenue metrics) within the approved YouTube API scopes.
2. Data Usage
- We use data solely to provide the core Reportify features: analytics dashboards and personalized performance reports for your YouTube channel.
- We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing Reportify.
- Access is only with your consent granted via the OAuth consent screen.
3. Data Sharing
- Reportify does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your Google/YouTube data to third parties for their own purposes.
- Data is shown only to you inside the Reportify app.
- If we use infrastructure providers (hosting, monitoring, email), they only have access as necessary under data protection agreements; they must not use the data for their own marketing.
4. Data Storage & Protection
- Data is stored on secure servers in the EU.
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
- Access follows least-privilege; only the founder/admin can access for maintenance, and all access is logged.
- We apply industry-standard measures to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
- We keep Google/YouTube data only while your account is active and to provide the service.
- If you delete your account or request deletion, we promptly remove Google/YouTube data from our systems.
- You can request deletion anytime at info@reportify.cz. We honor all such requests and permanently delete the data.
- For paid accounts, we may retain necessary billing data for up to 360 days for legal/accounting purposes; this does not apply to Google/YouTube data, which is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
6. Policy Location & Updates
- This policy is hosted at https://reportify.cz/legal/privacy and is linked from the homepage and the OAuth consent screen.
- If we change how we use data, we will update the policy and publish the date of change. Our practices will never exceed what is stated here.
